Meet Dave & Sarah Faber

Hello! I’m Dave Faber, founder of Seek First Catholic Leadership Consulting. For more than three decades, I’ve been privileged to serve Catholic schools as a principal and superintendent in the Diocese of Grand Rapids. After 32 years in leadership — 17 as a principal and 15 as superintendent — I felt God calling me to serve Catholic education in a new way: by mentoring and supporting those who now carry that same mission forward.

My wife, Sarah, a retired Catholic educator, joins me in this ministry. Together, we bring not only experience, but a shared vocation of faith and family. Married for 37 years, we are blessed with five grown daughters, sixteen grandchildren (and counting!), and two little saints in heaven.

Seek First Catholic Leadership Consulting, LLC, is our way of giving back — helping dioceses, parishes, and schools that are also seeking first the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33) and could use a little extra help along the way.
